Need check on my listening

Well, I was watching a 4 minutes web anime streaming on Young Jump's site, and I came up with the idea to test my listening skill. I get the gist of the episode, but there are still many words and phrases I'm not sure about, plus there are more than 10 lines that I have problems with, so I decided to start my first thread. For now, I will not translate yet, but just type what I heard and point out what I couldn't hear clearly even after 10th attempt. The parts I can't hear clearly will be marked with the ______ sign. The other part is what I'm 95% sure, but may as well be wrong, so please correct me if I heard anything incorrectly. I will be grateful if anyone is kind enough to help me. Any help is appreciated.

Some lines can't be displayed on some PCs without using the code tag, so I decided to use it on all lines. It may look long, but this makes it look clearly.

It is "textbook correct" that only women use わ. However, it has changed as a result of Kansai influence on the Kanto region over the past few decades I think. You will hear men say わ now, but I'd counsel against it unless you know what you're doing. I don't ever use わ for that reason—I don't feel confident enough in my understanding of when to use it as a male!

Well, I guess it's time to dig this thread up for another list of questions. This time the source is a little longer (about 5 minutes). The number of lines has raised, but the percentage of uncertainty is actually smaller, so I hope somebody will have a look

Also, I have a question about the scoring system of 弓道, since the articles on wikipedia (both English and Japanese) doesn't have sufficient information regarding this matter. According to what I saw in the video, 9 is the highest score (the arrow falls at the center of the target). So why does it have to be 9, and not 10? Moreover, when I read a manga about 弓道, whenever someone makes a perfect shot, the characters only say 皆中 (not including the score number). So which way is more widely used?

I'm pretty uncertain about the はじ part. 恥 and 辱, which Kanji suits the context better? I'm currently on 辱 more as it seems to be stronger than 恥, but I think it's better to ask again, since their connotations may be different from what I think.

I have one more question. Would you mind telling me the meaning of ガタガタ and マネして in this context? I'm guessing that ガタガタ言う means "to make a fuss", and マネ doesn't seem to mean "to imitate" here.
