Someone drew a manga for my friend and she asked me to translate it for her but I'm stumped. Some help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

Oh. I guess I should just tell her its supposed to be secret. That's strange considering the kid who made it knows she doesn't speak Japanese. Thank you!!
