I really don't understand this at all, and the only thing I could have tried is Google translate, but the idea didn't get through to me.

" Shipping of the item you are ordering is now setting on Rakuten

Was part of the translation that sorta confused me as to what he is trying to tell me for my order.

I'd appreciate it if someone has the time to translate at least the important bits for me ! Thank you!

What we would like to see in the Language section is your own attempt, not the Google gibberish. Did you not order in Japanese in the first place?

Umm, actually I ordered in English haha... simple English . It say to order in either Simple English or Japanese and since I do not know Japanese I ordered in English. I got this reply and I guess I expected google to do the work.

I'm still learning Japanese, but no where near the level of reading and comprehending what the store manager said .

Thanks a lot Masaegu! Don't worry in the future I'll make even better attempts at translating something!!!
