is there a language [probably for minorities] called Tshunshwa in Japan?

I don't think so.... There's several dialects, but the only minority named languages are Okinawan Japanese and Ainu. It might be a term for a minority ~dialect~ but the term doesn't come up in any searches, and it doesn't look quite correct to me. Are you spelling it right? Have you got it in Kanji?? Where did you come across it?

it's o.k.
it might be a language for minorities not very well known.

No. There is no Wikipedia article for it, and googling "tshunshwa" returns zero results in total. Quite frankly, the word does not exist.

That's the Japanese word for sign language.
