I apologize, but I'm new to the forum, I don't know if this is the right section for this.

I have a problem. I'm trying to get in touch with a person who owns a domain, but he's not responding to my email, and I thought maybe he answer at phone, to get more info. about domain, like price etc. I whois the domain, found the location, adresss etc, but most important is that I found his phone number.

I am from Europe - Romania, and I cannot really call him. Maybe he doesn't have knowledge of English, dunno..

Why don’t you sent a letter to him?
