What's written on the ambulance

Good morning from snowy (at least where I live) Italy :)

Yesterday I watched a movie set in Okinawa,
there was a scene with an ambulance arriving at the hospital,
there was this writing on the back and front of the vehicle: なは

Could someone explain me what "naha" in this contest mean, please?
I couldn't find/understand any explanation from any source on the internet...

Thank you for your help, I wish you all a good day! ;)

那覇 = なは

That's the name of the capital of Okinawa.
