Typing "English Romanji" Characters - 02-14-2011, 05:07 AM

Does anybody know how to type English alphabet characters that appear to be the result of typing in Japanese romanji? I don't know if this is what actually it's a result of, but to provide an example:

Quote:
The splendid VENUS

vs

The splendid VENUS
Thanks in advance.
