Help Translate - 03-16-2011, 09:46 PM

Hi.

Could someone help me to translate this ? It's just curiosity. Thank you very much.
(Oopss, just notice after fact: Should have post in: Japanese Help Questions/Translations )

Please feel free to go beyond the answer. For example, is it also the same at University classroom ? Kindergarten classroom ?
Are there other common signs besides this one ? etc...etc.

Left one says "health" and right one says "both scholarly and athletic [pursuits]"
Neither sign hung in any of my university classrooms in Japan. I cannot speak to anything else about them, though.
Oh, they were also written by amateurs.

Esp. the bunburyoudou one (the big one in the middle) it's partly not too aesthetically pleasing.
