Hello, I'm just going to make a stab at the characters. I don't recognize the second one, could it be
悪斌?

I'm not sure what that would mean though, as it seems the second is almost an antonym of the first.

Edit: I'm sure that second character is still wrong, but I cannot find another that matches closer if it is a Japanese character.

Interesting style as well. Very funky and modern, especially the rectangluar "curves", and the contrast between thick and thin lines. Jerky movement of the brush represents the meaning quite well (taken by surprise).
