Translating Old WWII Japanese Note - 07-11-2011, 10:47 PM

Hello!

I need help with translating this old note into English. I found it in a pocket of a WWII Japanese Army jacket. I also need help with the markings inside the jacket.

I would really appreciate it.
Justin

Thank you very much for the help.

What do you think the note is about?

Is it directions, a shipping list, or may be a schedule?

Sincerely

Siokan San, could it be 鋳造場 instead of 鋳道場????? I am thinking maybe it's some sort of metalwork (鋳鉄) shop??????

Very interesting!

Do you think the note is period and Japanese military related or just found its way in the jacket somehow?

Thanks for the help.

I really do not think any Japanese would write "27" during WWII, so the note must have ended up in the jacket somehow in later years.
It looks like someone is about to renovate the house, and its a shopping list for the paint and other stuff.

I think its the site issue and Siokan has typed it in, yet it came out as ?, but i think that the jacket size indicator is 小號 - small size.

the last line of that note is a mystery, though the top character's right hand side seems to have same radical as 杯 (but the left side escapes me), and the third character from the top could be be 別 (別々 - possibly, but i doubt it, as it is rather unnatural way of writing 々), i.e. 別々八坪 . Second from the top is unreadable to me.

Long shot, but the top character in the third row looks like 玉 (bulb). So : bulb and paint for 五坪
