Which is used more/translations needed

So, which are used more in the Japanese culture: Kanji, Katakana or Hiragana?
Also, I would like to have translation on the flowing titles for some series I'm working on:
Summer Punch (punch as in the drink)
Changing Times
BEATS

Japanese is a combination of all 3.
Hiragana are the sylables which make Kanji.
Katakana is needed for foreign terms.
Kanji makes it easier to read stuff ather than using all hiagana.
Natsu no ponsu, or Natsu no Punch
Teni

変わり行く時代 (かわりいくじだい）Kawari iku jidai (changing times)

夏のポンチ （なつのポンチ）Natsu no ponchi (Summer punch. be aware that ポンチ is really the only word for the drink, but can also mean a punch as in to hit.)

ビッツ bi-tsu. (Beats.) the conventional word is ビート bi-to, because Japanese doesn't use plurals. There's also 拍 (はく）which is beat as in, musical beats in a bar.

Unfortunately the "translations" are completely wrong...

"Ponsu" makes me think of a mistake for ponzu, (ポンス vs ポンズ) which does not mean "punch" but rather a vinegar and citrus based sauce.
Punch, for the drink, would be "fruit punch" in Japanese - フルーツポンチ.
As it is a katakana word to begin with, I`d recommend just サマーフルーツポンチ (or maybe even サマーポンチ).

For changing times - what exactly do you mean by this? Do you mean the flow of time? The difference in the eras? Or is it the name of something?
If you just mean it in the way of "times are changing" or to do with the differences between generations, etc - 時代の変化 should work. Let me know if you mean it in a different way. (BTW, I have no clue where "teni" came from??)

For Beats - just ビート.

However, for all of these - If you just want to use it as a title, there is no need for translation. Titles are just titles. You can keep them the same and there should be no problems at all. (Unless your goal is to put them in Japanese to make them "seem cool" )

Seems you beat me to a reply... However, you`re a bit off here. ポンチ is the drink, パンチ is to physically punch someone.

I did think that and I'm sure that's true almost 100% of the time, but when I double-checked ポンチ it came up with a couple of random things like '目ポンチ’ and ’センターポンチ’ as well, so I threw in the note just in case as Summer Punch is kind of ambiguous anyway.

Thank you all for the help. Changing Times does relate to the changing of eras and years. I was just asking for translations for refferense. So I guess to look cool but also just to give me an idea of characterizations for if the titles were to be translated into Japanese.
