A little problem

I don't feel right doing this but right now I have no other choice, so forgive me.
Anyway I registered a Japanese account on another site but accidentally clicked the deregistration link that came along with the activation email.
Since I only know basic Japanese and have never wrote a formal email before I need some help translating a paragraph.

しばらく前に登録させていただいた者ですが、その際に いただいていたメールの中に、無効にする(deactivate)とい うリンクがありまして、間違ってそこをクリックしてし まいました。

アカウントを再発行していただきたいのですが、可能で しょうか？よろしくお願いいたします。
