Need help moving Japanese Guests asap - 09-23-2011, 11:45 AM

Good morning,
I work in a hotel and need to tell some Japanese guests that I need to move them to another room. it's to spray for pest control, but i don't want to alarm them. I studied japanese years ago but I can't remember much. I need to be polite and careful. can you help? in romanji please.

rick- Thank you! I had a time crunch so i actually figured it out using my poor vocab :-). They were pretty good about it, lol.

MMM- I don't have a current resume. I've been employed at the same hotel for a number of years.
