Hi everyone, i usually use google translate for what i do not understand but this time its a picture so yeh x)

Can you tell me what it says please, i cannot log in my game for some reasons and i don't know why ^.^

It's too small. Can you make a bigger image of the error message? I can only make out "unable to ~."

I think it says 「接続できませんでした」, which does not tell "the reason" that OP wants to know.
