First, learn to write the kana. That is never too much to ask of a resident of Japan.

Second, ask the question locally, that is if you EVER interact with Japanese.

Finally, how relevant is it what the translated words sound in their language?

Your Japanese proficiency shall be in direct proportion
to your true interest in the Japanese Mind.

Always?
There's none of the "...err....yeah....you're....funny/interesting" (/weird and scary) nuances of western languages?

1: I can write kana just fine. How is that relevant here at all?
2: LOL. Wow, crazy stupid insults for no reason... If 'ask a Japanese person' is the only answer to give then why bother with this forum?
3: Because if a word in one language is translated into a word in another language its kind of natural to wonder quite how similar the nuances are?

And get a life mate. Insulting strangers on the internet on new years eve. LOL!
