would like to learn Japanese - 01-12-2012, 07:15 PM

Hello!
I am new here and I am looking for a way to learn Japanese. It was not offered in my High school. And it is offered at a chain college in my surrounding area...it's about an hour's drive for the first class and two hours for the second class since they are in different cities. I am a bit edgy about this. I've also been thinking about Rosetta Stone. Though I have heard good and bad about this package. I was wondering how all of you who did learn it, learned it?
Any help or guidance would be AMAZING!

Luca

manga - 02-09-2012, 01:07 PM

I found reading manga helps alot. Some manga are easier than others. Ranma 1/2 seems to be one of the easiest. Lamu one of the hardest. Both by same author, rumiko takahashi, they can also be found in english - luckily!
