Need Translation Assistance Please!!! - 05-11-2007, 06:49 PM

How do you say the following sentance in Japanese? I'm a doing a project for school, and any help would be great!

The sentance is: "Sorry your sushi was sad."

Thank you to anyone and everyone who replies

It's hard to tell what you actually meant by that. Sometimes, figure of speech in english just doesn't go well in japanese, vice versa. "sad" in here could have a variety of meanings.

Gomen ne, (anata no) sushi wa dame deshita = bad, lousy, pathetic
or hen deshita = looked/tasted odd/funny
or mada mada desu = still a long way to go, not quite up to mark

I hope that helps.

残念あなたの寿司は悲しかった

I have lived a life longer then you or I know,
many time i have tread this path and made my choices,
yet my soul inhabits the young body of a girl...
And here i lie, awaiting my time to truely blossom
