Hey, didnt find it on google, so i'll ask here.
Whats the Japanese Word and sign for "Dragonheart"?

Well that depends Did you want a it Literally Dragonheart In Japanese Or the Engerish way (as in A last name)

Well heres both

ドラゴン ハート
 = Doragonhatto 

竜の心臓 = ryuu no shinzou (lit. A Dragon's Heart)
