Translation Help (should be easy) - 02-10-2012, 07:05 AM

I want to translate these two lines:
"今日も明日もきっと
出逢いまくる ステキなこと"
into English. However, when I tried, I didn't exactly end up with a justified translation.

And, if you could, (since I'm a little new to Japanese), explain roughly what this song is about?
Anime Lyrics dot Com - Yubikiri Genman - Pinky Promise - Deltora Quest - Anime

Roughly I need to understand these lines:
Kono hoshi no katasumide
Kimi to boku de aeta koto kiseki da ne
Kyou mo ashite mo kitto
Soshite kibou to yume oikake
De ai makuru suteki na koto
Arigatou
Sugiteku toki o koko ni daki shimete
Hashiri dasu boku ra wa tabidatsu
Atrashii ibuki ga taiyou ni ohayou

In the corner of that star, we will miraculously encounter each other. Today, perhaps tomorrow, I would like to meet you. Thank you. From there, we'll look for hopes and dreams. You'll recover your breath and say good morning to the sun. With my heart, I will embrace you. Then we'll run and venture forth on our journey.

Now, that's quite a rough translation, but I think it's nearly right? I just need to know how I could translate it better. I wasn't sure about the "each other" part. Is it present tense or future?

Thanks,
