what does mas, mean in japanese. After every sentence i here it, it seems to always be said.

It's 'masu'. I don't know the proper definition. Does it mean "I will" or "I am" (going to) kinda like that? Anyone =__=

when you see su or す or ス its pronounce like the su in suit
also the katakana for su is easy to roemeber cause it looks like a suit hanger

It's usually devoiced.

Masu/ます doesn't have a literal meaning really, though.

masu is a polite saying. it may not be translated to the english word.

japanese 'u' is pronounced without move lips. It sounds unclear, sounds silence especially in the ending of a word. but when you make it soundless consciously, it sounds unnatural for the japanese people.
