can translate mark on lacquer brooch, please? - 07-30-2012, 11:16 PM

I recently found this brooch made of many multicolor layers of lacquer and carved to reveal an angelfish. The mark is on the back and I would like to find out who did such work. Please help if you can

Hi. This is a deserted website as you could tell by reading the site-owner's message on the top page.

We have a new and spam-free website: Japanologic Forums • Portal

If you are interested, I suggest that you go and register there. I already have the answer for your question but would rather not post it here on a dying website.
