vocab-sentence game
i guess this is kinda like an SAT-vocabulary thread my friend showed me somewhere, but here, use the Japanese vocab that someone passes to you.
e.g. i pass the word "watashi" the next person would have to use "watashi" in a sentence. はじめましょう! I pass the word "wakarimasen" or "wakaranai". |
Yaksokuda, yep, your sentence is correct.
kowai obaasan wa amari suki dewa arimasen. I'll pass the word kawaii. |

My grandmother misses Japan and wants to return to Chiba before she dies. please tell me- did that make any sense? is it ok to use 返る instead of 帰る? thanks in advance! i pass- 章気 (shouki) miasma |
返る meaning return, but not in the way that you wanted to use it in that sentence (correct me if im wrong)
from what i understand, 返る is used as 'return' in cases such as "i returned to books to 82riceballs", "please return those tools", "he returned my pen" etc imo, for that sentence, if she came from Chiba to begin with, you could use 帰る, you could also use 戻る(modoru), which also means return i know that 戻る can be used to "i want to return to that time/place" but im not sure about returning objects ummmm im not gonna do this word because i have no idea LOL so ill just pass it onto the next person 章気 (shouki) miasma |
章気ってどう言う意味でしょう。。。
shouki tte dou iu imi deshou... That's my contribution and I really mean it too^_^;; I pass on 時々(tokidoki) |
