Please help me understand this police notice - 05-10-2017, 12:15 PM

Hello everyone,

I have just come to Japan and I can't read Kanji yet (though I am trying to learn it.) Yesterday we moved into a new flat and today we got a police notice in the letter box. I can't read what is written on it. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much

The policeman "MANO-san" politely ask you to submit "resident information card".

Did he leave blank card for you?

The police makes the list of the residents with their name, nationality, occupation and other information.

Call 03-3850-0110 for detail.
