Please help translating a sentence

Hi,

I came across the following piece of dialogue in Japanese and I cannot understand the last sentence. Can someone help me? So, a person is at a doctor's with a stomach ache:

- さしみが悪かったんでしょうか。
- いえ、食べすぎたんですね。どこも悪くないですよ。

What does the last sentence mean? "It is not bad anywhere"?
