Guys, help me with the Japanese characters

Hi from Siberia, where it is now much snowing. I'm seeking the help to find out what these characters mean. When I was departing from the Tokyo airport, a girl handling baggages wrote me this trying to explain something. Could anyone please tell me what she wrote? Many thanks.

RadioKid, Here is the bottle label. What are the figures 55%, 100%, 18, and what it says at all?

"the coat is in FB".

I have no idea what the "FB" is.

Thanks, RadioKid! This is at least something than nothing. This happened at the Tokyo airport, and If we assume that I was talking to a baggage-handling girl worker, then maybe she meant "flying baggage" by writing the FB (or "F" could mean another adjective in regard to baggage) because she didn't speak English. Maybe "FB" is an airport coatroom in Japanese? How'd you think?
And secondly, RadioKid-San, could you please tell me what the bottle label says, especially the numbers 50, 100, 17, 18. Give me all essential information, including taste. What's the alcohol content? I am attaching the photo. Thanks, bro. Siberia won't forget ya.

It includes 17% to 18% of alcohol made from 100% Japanese rice polished to 55% and added brewed alcohol.

There is no description about the taste. But I found a page for this SAKE (in Japanese) which says the SAKE (named "BAKUREN") is super dry.
