using of 様 alone question

Is it possible to use the word 様 alone, without name or profession to be added to? Words like sensei and senpai are used both ways as a suffix and as a noun. Keishou like -san and -chan can be used as suffixes only. And what about sama? We can say: forgive me, Takeshi-sensei - ごめんなさい武先生 and magister dixit - 先生は言いました. Is it acceptable to do the same with 様? ごめんなさい武様 and 様は言いました is the latter correct? Can I say something like: あなたは間違っている様

"様:よう;YOU:appears, looks like".

We have a Japanese word "様子:ようす;YOUSU:appearance、looking". "様" is often used to express "like as" or "looks like".

But, I do neither like nor use these usage. Ans I will not trust the people wh uses "様" as "like as".
