Writing the year entirely in kanji? - 10-27-2019, 08:42 PM

Hi. The current year is 2019, quite often displayed in Japanese as "2019年". While studying Japanese, handwriting "2019" doesn't interest me because I see it in English everyday. Instead, in my studies I'd like to handwrite all numbers in kanji characters.

Which is better / more acceptable?
二〇一九年
二零一九年

Besides those two, is there another way to write it in kanji?

Another question is specifically regarding the zero character. What are the options for writing zero for the date? 零 and 〇 , and anything else?

No Japanese uses "二零一九年".

There can be someone uses

年.

Most Japanese will prefer to "令和元年" instead of the western year when he need to write the year in KANJI.
