Translation of Japanese Cook book - 10-03-2007, 06:02 PM

I received a Japanese cook book with basic recipes. The writing is in Japanese characters and I have no idea how to translate it. The recipes look SOOOoooOOOOO good and I am dying to try them, but I have no clue how to even guess at what the ingredients and amounts are. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to translate these for me if I scan pages in? Or does anyone know how I can go about translating them?

Thank you!!

I'll gladly translate them for you at a price of $0.10 per word. (This is comparatively cheap, I assure you.)

I obviously don't know what kinds of Japanese dishes your cook book tells you the recipes for. But unless it mainly focused on very 'unusual' dishes, I am pretty sure that you would be able to find good alternative if not identical recipes in English on the net.
