All those words are borrowed words into Japanese, so if you don't actually need the words written in Japanese, you have your answer already.

If we're talking the language of the Internet, though, the words used here would be a bit different.

A video file would be a 動画 (douga) and photo would be 画像 (gazou) or 静止画 (seishiga).

Not a problem, but I'll echo a sentiment on another thread and say you should really take the time to learn the kana. Seriously, it won't take more than an afternoon with some flash cards, and then it opens up all kinds of useful Internet resources...
