I found the following

ONEIPTV - Watch Homeland TV Anytime, Anywhere | Favorite Asian TV Channels Live via Internet : ONEIPTV offers the chance to watch homeland TV channels and programmes anytime, anywhere. Watch your favorite Tamil, Sri Lankan and Japanese TV programs on
Anyone had experience with them- I couldn't register to check the one hour free viewing and they have bad customer service.

The equipment was from Nittel. obstv package
