Hmmm, I listen to a lot of shows I don't really watch. They're just on in the backgound. The exceptions would be:

NCIS (can't miss the world's best dress lab geek!)
CSI Miami (speaking of lab geeks.......)
various (non-WWI or II) History channel shows
House (doesn't everybody - glad there is someone with my own sense of tact)

and I think everything else is Asian (mostly Korean on Imaginazian or the now deefunct AZN) because I burned out on HGTV after their first season.

House - It's dead awesome AND i am half way through the 2nd season on DVD
Jericho - It was one of the best US TV shows ever... the cancellation of which is just another reason for me to hate the US government and their ridiculous censorship for >_<
Hustle - Well... it's partly American... but it kicks ass! Watch it if you enjoyed Ocean's 11!!!!
Most of what is going on on Discovery Civilization and National Geographic (as long as it is not about animals >_<).
Oh... and the first couple os seasons of SG1 that are getting a re-run on the local television right now... they are more or less acceptable in comparison to the late crap.

I love documentaries. The best documentaries ever are the Pushing the Limits series. I love that show.

I like Monk, Law & Order (SVU, CI, & regular type). & for the hell of it ANTM. I do like their pic themes!!!

I just started watching NCIS CSI and that other show with the dude who likes bugs and things like that, its almost the same as CSI. Cause they started coming out with new episodes, for awhile I was going crazy watching the same one over again XD.

I was watching America's Best Dance Crew and American Idol, also Dancing with the Stars. I hate the Ameriacan dramas so I avoide them, I only watch competion ones.
