I believe she is a comedian and she usually has kind of orangish hair and is chubby.

She appears every so often on some talkshows and such, lots of times when it concerns weight.

Anyway, if anyone knows her name, I'd be thankful

What talk shows? Does she speak Kanto or Kansai? About how old is she?

Not quite sure whether she speaks kanto or kansai, I'm not very good at telling. All I know is that I speak Kansai.

I'm not sure of any other details, she doesn't look very old..I'd guess mid-late twenties or maybe early thirties?

Does she do a store clerk character in comedy shows, saying 'Irasshaimase~' in a high-pitched voice? If so, it's Yanagihara Kanako.

But then there are others that are chubby and orange-haired.
