I'm actually a bit bumbed about the story their gonna do... It's gonna be right at the start of DBZ, but I was hoping we'd see some super Saiyan action

So no Freeza ass kicking

That's crazy, can you imagine the terrible peroxide and effects to try and make a Super Saiyan, I just really wish they hadn't thought of this in the first place, at least it's a Dragonball movie and not a Dragonball Z movie, all the energy attacks would look so crap on screen

I think you underestimate what film makers can do with CGI. I don't see a single problem with them making a super saiyan look kick ass and having all those energy attacks look great.

I think you overestimate what film makers can do with CGI, and I think the person they picked for Piccolo is pretty good, it's just I bet he looks really bad green xD

Maybe I have, maybe I haven't. But Personally, I've seen enough films with great CGI thats lead me to believe that they are fully capable. Just look at Transformers film for example. Noone expected the CGI to be that great!

When talking to me that has to be one of the worst examples, I hated Transformers, but anyway as it's Dragonball they should mainly be concentrating on the Martial Arts side of things so it should be ok

lol, I'm not talking about the film in general. I'm talking about the way it looked. If you didn't like the way it looked then I don't think you like any CGI films at all.

ps, just out of curiousity, why didnt' you like Transformers?
