How can I watch TBS-ch live online?

I'm Brazilian and I'm 18 years old...
My english is not that well, so please excuse me for whatever errors... ^^

From the last 2 weeks to now, I've kept searching for any websites or any applications that could broadcast TBS-ch via internet. So I came here to ask for help in this question.
TBS and TBS-ch aren't the same...

does anyone know how to watch TBS-ch online?

I'm afraid that the website doesn't say you can watch TBS ch. on the internet. It can only be watched on pay TV.

Maybe you can find it live on LiveStation?

Hmmm.. I've already tried Livestation, but it can't broadcast regular TBS either...
Truly, I want to watch a Ayumi Hamasaki concert that will be broadcast on 31/12, that's the reason I'm looking for that so far!

Is there any way to watch pay channels in internet?

Well, I failed to find any TBS-ch broadcasting... but sure I've tried!
