I've been hooked on his music ever since i heard Tubular Bells II for the first time. I have to admit that i only listen to his late works... that is after Heaven's open... with few exceptions. And i am getting the new Music of the spheres album next week... it's quite similar to the original Orchestral tubular bells... yet not quite similar to his other works lol. Anywho, it's a money well spent ^_^

heh yeah .. yet again I am into his early work.. guess it`s also the nostalgia since I grew up with Mike Oldfield. the first album I listened by him was QE2. but by far Millennium Bells is the best.. in my opinion anyway.
the cassette tapes care kinda worn out and stuff but eh moo it.. it`s irrelevant.
and I really am not up to date to his works anymore .. don`t know why :?
I didn`t even know he`s still an active musician.. oh well.

Anywho, if we are talking bizzare music videos here (In reference to ID's The trial by Pink floyd), we can not ignore the brilliance of Cunninghams Aphex Twin video for the afx237 v7 track:

err uhmm yeah .. sorry. the last thing that I heard from him was Millennium Bells... and that one is pretty much old since it came on cassette tape. guess I just lost interest.

Aphex Twin have really disturbing vids.. it kinda reaches the limit of gross sometimes. or maybe I just came across the wrong vids.

Aphex are sick weirdos in my book But it's kind of refreshing to watch/hear their daemon once in a while X)

Millenium bell is awesome... i don't know why someone would lose interest in the composer after listening to it :/
