Did anyone get to see it? I'm so curious about it!

I remember the old cartoon: YouTube - Yatterman 1977 Opening

And now there's a live-action movie!: YouTube - [ヤッターマン] Yatterman Live-Action Official Trailer

Even though I know it will be corny (as cartoon-to-live-action often becomes), I still want to see it! I think it looks fun(ny)! What do you think?

Oh! Question: Why do some people spell it "Yatterman"?

I haven't seen it, but saw it for buying on cdjapan.
Says it's by Takashi Miike. for that reason alone I will probably end up buying it.

As for why people call it that, I have no clue.

When it came out they wouldn't stop showing commercials. Then the actors were all over the talk shows, over and over. I didn't see it, but this tells me it must have been pretty big.

From the previews, you know what it reminds me of? An episode of the original Power Rangers that came out in America. :D
