I don't watch these but there are some girls I live with who are going crazy over one called "Life." I guess it's like hardcore Japanese Degrassi?

I highly recommend:

IWGP (ikebukuro-west-gate-park)

IT's extremely suspenseful and has lots of funny parts!!
*+Definitely worth watching!+*
You're gonna be confronted with yakuza
police, gangs and crimes.
I watched it in 2 days....XDD°
