48 hours of Japanese only - 08-22-2010, 07:28 AM

So everyone, first I want to say. Long time no see, I've been doing my thing, taking my time, learning Japanese surely =D!
I'm ready to take myself to the next level.
So I'm making a challenge for myself
In the time period of 48 hours I will only watch Japanese TV and Anime, Read Books, and speak and write only in 日本語。Oh and listen to music and japanese learning podcast, along with reading my books on learning Japanese
I think this is a great challenge, i will learn some interesting stuff, but I will also be about to opening up my understanding some.
Soo, it's been kinda hard for me to find anime/manga and stories what not.

So quick question.
Does anyone know of any Manga/Anime and programming intended for kids about (5-12) that would be great. Your suggestion will help!!(=
any links to youtube or websites where I can find this please Link (if thats not against the rules)
-Thanks, Yuusuke.

Wow, I gotta try it myself.

But it's quite difficult to find Japanese things in my country nowaday. They all care about K-Pop.

Anyway good luck.

Gambatte!

Worth a shot, I've watched pokemon in japanese before to be honest.
it's pretty good, and not too hard to understand.
and Ash sounds like a goon compared to his english voice =D

This should be your PRIORITY.

There is no point in testing it out. Because you probably won't learn that much in 2 days by listening/watching Japanese all day long.

However, if you do it for 10 days, 20 days, 30 days....then the improvement is VAST.

I'd say try it for 30 days...and then go from there.

I've been doing it for 2 months now....and watching Japanese films/media is getting much and much easier.
