Help using Niconico.
 

I am new here and realize that this might not be the best forum for my question, but I am coming up empty everywhere I've Googled.

I am looking for help using the Niconico website. Specifically, I want to access the archived video from Sunday's live broadcast from Anime Weekend Atlanta. I have asked on the Niconico Facebook page, which is where the Niconico website directs me for support, but my question was deleted. I can find no way to ask a question anywhere at the Niconico website.

Again, I realize this may not be the correct forum, but I hope someone here might be able to direct me to a place where I can get some help with this issue. Thank you.
