Old Japanese Horror Show

Hi, I am trying to find the name of a Japanese horror show I used to watch back in the 90s. It was like Tales From The Crypt in the U.S. One episode was about a girl named Reiko who was electrocuted and haunted her boyfriend and his new girlfriend through electronic media. Another episode was about a man who kept eating everything in a restaurant. Does anyone know the show I am talking about. Please let me know! Thanks.

Also, I believe at the beginning it always starts with an old man speaking and it shows the camera going down the stairs and there is a cat. That's all I can remember. Thanks!
