I'm thinking there is going to be a love triangle between Zuko, Katara and Aang. Katara is torn now, because if she used her special water to heal Zuko she realizes that she wouldn't have been able to save Aang. Zuko has been showing signs of wanting to be good, but he is confused because he has sworn to his father to defeat the Avatar.
I also think that Zuko's Uncle will be the one to teach Aang fire bending.

Zucko is at the road where he choses his path.

I dont think that Aang would have had to go into Avatar state, because I think if Katara used the water on Zuko he would have helped out the good guys instead of the bad guys, in which case Aang wouldnt get shot, in which case he doesnt need the water himself.

That seems very likely yes

Hope he does, so he can teach the goodguys how to redirect the lightning away (episode:"Bitter Work"), as it was a mix of fire and earth bending

Well, hmm... maybe he will start to age faster (as he was frozen for 100 years), he looks more mature in that picture, so he will battle the fire lord, get old really fast and pass on the avatar powers to Katara

Or maybe not?

Hey the more vulnerable he is, the harder it is going to be for him to fight the firelord, the more interesting the fight is going to be. And we all love a good fight sequence, don't we... besides, i love tragic ending and Aang dying would be a great way to end the story imho... and either Katara or Toph would become the new avatar... or maybe Sokka XD
