"SUZUKI, ICHIRO" seldom attends at the variety TV show. Here is rare exception : "KUWAZU-GIRAI-OU-KETTEI-SEN" brordcated in the new year of 1999. This title is wierred. Don't ask me about it.

This show is a kind of game by two guests: baseball player "SUZUKI, ICHIRO" and actress "HIROSUE, RYOKO". They will have four dishes for each. They both love three of the dishes very much but hate the one rest. They both shall pretend to love all four dishes and guess which one another guest hates.

ICHRO's dishes:
Curry rice
NEGIMA:Green Onion and Tuna
Beef with prum and Perilla
Spicy Cod Roe

HIROSUE's dishes:
Crab and TOFU
Salted Squid Gut
Gizzard
Tapioca

These dishes are shown the first 1 minutes. After that, they have funny talk in Japanese and the game starts at 15:00. Can you guess the answers?

The MC of the show is the comedian combi "TON'NERUZU" one of which is "ISHIBASHI, TAKAAKI" once featured in Hollywood movie "Major League 2".



Don't you saticefied too old TV show? OK, here is another TV show featuring "OHTANI, SHOHEI" with two comedians.

This movie shows how OHTANI achieved his target of life in the MANDARA squares.

Let me explain about OHTANI's MANDARA made during his high school days.

At the center of the squares, he wrote the his target situation as "The first place draft vote by eight teams". And then he placed eight sub-target arund the target.

As the result, he did not achieve the target because he declared the will to go major league before the draft meeting and only one team voted his as the first draft.

The eight sub-targets are, (sorry for bad English)

1) building up the body
2) good control (of the ball)
3) "KIRE: good rotation of the ball"
4) 160km/h
5) ball of change
6) luckiness
7) Human nature
8) Mental strongness

For each of these eight sub-targets, he also placed eight means or rules to get each sub-target aound the sub-target.
For example, he placd eight rules to get the "160km/h".

4-1) round on the axis
4-2) strong under legs
4-3) increase body weight
4-4) mussules around showlder
4-5) increase the pitching(maybe pitching count)
4-6) light "playing catch"
4-7) Range of motion
4-8) Strong trunk

For the luckiness,

6-3) clean up the room
6-4) respect to umpire
6-5) read books
6-6) to be a person tobe supported
6-7) Positive thinking
6-8) treat the tools gently

OHTANI is expected to face TANAKA in the game today.

In Japan, they had four games with no hit and six Ks for OHTANI.

Some of Japanese women become monster after their age of 80.

"KURO-YANAGI, TETSUKO" is one of them who has been having her own TV show "TETSUKO's room" for forty years (Guiness record as a TV show with one MC continuously).

Here is a movie of "TETSUKO's room" with OHTANI and another monster "MATSUKO"(bigger one). OHTANI's photos of his early age are shown and also his hidden skill is disclosed at 11:30.


In this movie, TETSUKO asked OHTANI what would happen if pitcher OHTANI fight with batter OHTANI. OHTANI replied "pitcher will win." as of 2016.

By the way, TETSUKO speaks English very well (as a non-native speaker).
