I prefer Ghibli, although there are some brilliant Disney movies, I much prefer japanimation to american animation.

A few years back, I would've said Disney straightaway, but ever since discovering the amazing brilliance and sheer beauty of all of Studio Ghibli's wonderful anime movies, it just has to be them by far nowadays

I now own far more Studio Ghibli movies on DVD than I do Disney ones, and my faves are Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and Tales From Earthsea

Ghibli has originality. Whereas Disney takes stories from around the world, tones it down, and finally, secretly mixes stereotypes into the movie.
