I kind of like it there aren't too many fans here so tickets sell out in 3 seconds, but just enough so that they tour here, it's the best kind of balance

Yeah, so that you can't get hold of a ticket. I don't even think Dir en grey sold out when I saw them. I got a ticket weeks after they released them.

Yeah, mainstream-ish kind of sucks sometimes. They become all generic and not themselves anymore. Still, Dir en grey are big in Japan so I guess Dir en grey aren't like that!

I don't think they are. I hope/think even if they become super popular, they will stay themselves, and not become carbon copies.

I can't see them becoming really popular here, they are an aquired taste. People often ask me what the point is of listening to Japanese music if I can't understand it >.< I just like the rhythm and stuff like that. I don't sing at the concerts though. There was this emo kid singing really terrible Japanese at Dir en grey and it was extremely annoying.

*nods* That's what I like most about Diru. It takes a unique sort of person to be their fan, I think.

Diru is definitely not for everyone.

Me too. The rhythm is a big thing. But I know some words... and can understand some things, and like songs for that too.

I do sometimes, but quietly. That's just how I am.
