I like some of Hisaishi's work. This one is my absolute favorite for sure -> YouTube - Joe Hisaishi Live - Summer ( from Kikujiro )

Hisaishi is one of the most important Japanese composers of our time. Here's one of my favorites - 'Princess Momonoke'.

I love all of the music he does for Miyazaki's movies. And I like the noir-sounding score he did for Kitano's 'Brother'
