Three things:

as an old(!) manga fan: Machi Jyû Sophisticate by Akira Kamiya from City Hunter is very good when beginning an hard day work.

WHR beginning song by Bana is quite good too, even when singing in japanese she's not japanese, but it is OK for us as we could understand very much what she's singing.

and as an old thrash metal fan, Megadeth still rules, and as I was an old fan of them, and now having hard days to manage at work and so feeling not very Ok, I believe Die Dead Enough from 2004's album is a very good song about that I'm actually feeling myself.

To be more objective, Cryptic Writings album from Megadeth (1997) is the best in the way of it could be listened by all kind of public. So even if my old thrash CDs went to trash(can), I always kept this one (and it is no thrash), it is a very good good stuff
