I went to the NYC concert. It was very very awesome.

I'm slightly disappointed they didn't allow pictures though. Oh well.

hmm...they never allow pics..none of the bands....it's a pity, but that's the fact.
..but if we do think it over it's absolutely normal to not allow them..it's a better marketing tactic, if there are just professional photographers, and the fans have to buy the magazines for the shots U___U ..that's how the world go round.

..But none of the pics, magazine scans, or fanmade pics can make such deep impression as a live show..it's something unforgettable..no matter you have pics or not..you know, that you were there at the moment, that never comes back

A friend of mine went to one of the earlier shows and they allowed pics there.

And I got pics at the X Japan concert, so I don't think it's a universal thing.

I;ll never forgot the live though. You're right on that. Nothing impresses in the mind more then a live concert.

Universal thing or not..earlier they weren't so strict about those things..but nowdays there's almost a war about 'officials', 'copyrights' etc.. so as i see some of the management groups handle those things much more strict than before >__>

i read somewhere that they had to cancel their tour.
unless i'm mistaking them for another band.

They didn't cancel the tour. They finished it, but they went on hiatus due to Hizumi's health. Hopefully, he will be well again soon.
