Koda Kumi vs. Ayumi Hamasaki?

I'm not that into either singer, but I like them both equally. (The only song from either of them I ever really got into was "M" by Ayumi Hamasaki.) So, no vote from me.

I tried Koda Kumi a long time ago, and never really liked her. I am not a huge fan of pop, I really am into Johhny boys, but Ayu is really good.

I also like Namie Amuro.

Does anyone know what Mika Nakashima falls under? Is she pop?

OMG...%100 with you there. I absolutely hate pop but for some reason LOVE Jpop. It's odd.

ayumi definately, koda kumi just isnt really my style.

I'm positive Ayumi Hamasaki is gonna be winning in this one for alot of people like her. I for one am not a fan, and like Koda Kumi better, so Koda Kumi wins my vote.

In vocals though, Ayumi Hamasaki, I think has way better vocals then Koda, though Koda isn't bad either. But Hamasaki's ballad or slower songs are sung nicer then Koda's, I think Koda's voice is more better for upbeat songs like her newest single.

But I just never get into Hamasaki's songs, while I do Koda, I just always get bored of anything I hear from Hamasaki, though Koda also has a few boring songs. The only song I really like from Ayumi Hamasaki is "Dearest", and that's it. But from Koda there's a bunch I can name, I like the sound of her songs more and the way she sings to them even though her vocals are the greatest in the world.
