OMG!!! this sucks!!! Why do I have to live in Canada???! No Visual Kei bands ever stop by here it's like a curse!! or is it because there's not a stong fan base here?? Diru was about to make a stop but then something happened

I don't think female Japanese singers get as much credit as the male bands on here, so here is one for you all!


Tomoko Kawase is the vocalist for a band called Brilliant Green, however personally I like her solo work.


Her more rock style music goes by the name of Tommy Heavenly6, while her more Jpop influenced work is Tommy February6.

I must admit, she is quite an aquired taste, and I first found her because she did the opening music to the anime series ' Paradise Kiss. '

She is quirky and fun, and has a good range of songs to have a look at varying in different styles and such.

i think i saw a pv of hers on some japanese music programme. i cant remember the name of the song but it was a 2005 song and it was pretty good. *nods*
