You know you can't PLAY .rar files..
have you tried extracting them?
download winrar from here : rarlab.com

You have to extract rar files before you can play them..

after you download and install winrar from there....
Right-click on the rar file, and hit "Extract to (insert file name)/"
and a new folder will be created with playable files, then you can delete the folder which you extracted FROM.
